Downtown Bellevue Property
SRO began buying property in downtown Bellevue in the 1950’s and over the next five decades amassed over eight contiguous acres between NE 8th Street to the north and the Pedestrian Corridor to the south. Once the site of the John Danz Theater and Belle Lanes Bowl, the property now holds retail and office space. The east portion is subject to ground leases under Symetra Plaza and the Key Center. The five acre western portion of the property offers one of the last parcels of this size available for development in the Bellevue Central Business District. The property can accommodate up to 2.4 million square feet of office space in three separate towers. The site’s central location is also very conducive to residential and retail development.
