We seek to acquire high quality retail and office properties that we can manage and own for the long-term. We value product that is well-located and provides diversity relative to our existing portfolio.
We invest in both office and retail properties throughout the Pacific Northwest which are within a reasonable one-day round trip of our headquarters in Bellevue, WA. We have interest in properties in the State of Washington as well as Oregon, Idaho, and other neighboring states.
In the Office category, we will consider Class A Suburban Office, Business Parks, and other middle-market office assets. Within retail, we prefer grocer anchored centers or well-located, diversified non-grocer strip centers.
